NO ROLEPLAY - although courses are interactive with plenty of

ANSWER - All delegates receive a reference manual. All courses come with
twelve months' post-course telephone support. |

Most of our courses are held at IOD training centres in London

» QUESTION - What time do the courses start?
ANSWER -
Registration is at 9.15am. The course starts at 9.30am and finishes
at 4.30pm. |
» QUESTION - Do we need to bring anything with us?
ANSWER -
No. Course notes, pens and paper are provided. |
» QUESTION - What happens regarding lunch breaks?
ANSWER - On the full day public courses,
lunch and refreshments are provided as part of the course fee.
